Three things before you pay anything
You can get a long way into this without giving us any money, and two of the three need no account at all.
Check a plot: free, and staying free
Put in a postcode and see the same ground on the old Ordnance Survey sheet: what used to be there before anyone levelled it. No account, five checks a day.
Look round a build that really happened
One build from the plot that was turned down to the file handed over at the end, with the documents it produced along the way. Nothing to fill in and nothing to sign up for.
Seven days with your own build in it
The whole thing, your own plot and your own numbers. The card is taken when you sign up; cancel inside the seven days and nothing is charged.
One honest limit on the trial
During the seven days you can use everything and download nothing. Every document is there on the screen; taking it away with you is what the subscription buys. We would rather say that here than let you find it at the end of the week.
If you stop paying
You leave with your build, not with nothing.
Cancel whenever you like. You take away the completion pack and your own files, whatever stage the build had reached. You do not have to finish the house to be allowed your own record. Your account stays reachable for six months afterwards.
Most people are here for the length of a build and then gone. That is the product working, not a customer lost.
